How we work with enterprises
You have the systems, the teams, and the governance. What we bring is speed, and things your people can own.

Enterprises do not need to be told what AI can do. Most have strategies, vendors, a data team, and a backlog of initiatives.
What is usually missing is pace. Ideas take quarters to reach a user, and the people closest to the work have stopped suggesting things because suggestions go into a queue.
We work in the gap between the ambition and the delivery.

We build inside your environment
We work in the stack you already have, under your security and governance. Microsoft, Google, whatever your architecture is, the choice of technology follows your setup rather than our preference.
That matters because it removes the usual blockers. No new platform to procure, no data leaving your environment, no exception for IT to approve. We arrive, get access under your rules, and start.

Small teams, working outputs, weeks
Our engagements are deliberately small. Two people, a defined problem, and a working output in weeks.
A planning support model for your top product series. Automated analysis for the business controllers. A machine learning model on your pipeline history. An agent handling a specific exception flow. Each one is scoped to deliver on its own, and each one builds the case for the next.
This is a different shape from the large programme, and it is deliberate. Large programmes move at the speed of their slowest workstream. Small ones ship.

Your people stay in the middle
We work with your planners, controllers, and analysts directly, and they own what comes out. The tools are built around how they actually work, documented as we go, and handed over as capability rather than as a system to maintain.
Where you have a data team, we work alongside it rather than around it. Often the most useful thing we do is clear the path for work your own people had already identified.

Where this fits your existing programmes
We are not a replacement for your system integrator or your platform vendors. We are the small, fast layer that gets value out of what they built.
That also makes us useful at moments of transition. Before an ERP programme, during a vacancy in technology leadership, or when a productivity programme needs its business cases quantified faster than the current tooling allows.
The pattern we see in enterprises is that the capability exists and the friction wins.
Our job is to make a few things ship, prove what the pace can be, and leave your own teams moving faster than before we arrived.
