Who we are

Telemyr runs this site. We are based in Oslo, Norway.

We decide how data on this site is used. Questions? Write to rafa@telemyr.com.

What we count

If you press Accept, we use Google Analytics to count your visit. It shows us which pages people read. It shows how far they scroll and which films they watch. It shows which links and buttons they click.

It also shows each visitor’s rough location, their device and which site sent them. We use this to make the site better. We never see your name.

Cookies

We ask before we count your visit. Until you press Accept, Google gets nothing from this site.

If you press Accept, Google Analytics saves two cookies in your browser. They let Google tell a new visitor from a returning one. They last up to two years.

If you press No thanks, Google gets nothing. We use no cookies.

Your browser remembers your choice, so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time. Press Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

If you change your yes to No thanks, we stop counting at once. We also remove the two cookies.

Client portals use one more cookie. It keeps you signed in for a few hours. The portal needs it to work.

Why we may do this

We count visits only when you say yes. The law calls this consent.

We answer your emails and keep basic logs to run the site. The law calls this a legitimate interest.

Who else sees the data

Google runs Google Analytics. Google also hosts this site, in Belgium. Google handles our email.

Google may handle analytics data in the United States. The EU-US Data Privacy Framework covers this.

No other company gets data from this site. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics keeps visit details for up to 14 months.

Our hosting keeps basic logs for 30 days. They hold your internet address. We use them to keep the site safe.

We keep emails as long as we need them.

Emails and meetings

If you email us, we use your message to answer you.

Clients can book meetings in their portal. We then save their name, email, website, note and the time they picked. If we send a calendar invite, Google Calendar handles it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. You can say no to cookies at any time.

Write to rafa@telemyr.com. We answer within one month.

Not happy with our answer? You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, at datatilsynet.no.

Changes

We update this page when we change what we collect.
